These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SpeedRead, a product of Abundance LLC, accessible at swiftread.app (the "Service"). By using SpeedRead, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using SpeedRead, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. SpeedRead is owned and operated by Abundance LLC.
SpeedRead is an RSVP (Rapid Serial Visual Presentation) speed reading application available as a web app and Chrome extension. The Service helps users read faster while maintaining comprehension through adjustable WPM, AI-powered comprehension coaching, and reading analytics.
Free tier: Up to 3 documents per day with core reading features.
Pro tier: Unlimited documents, advanced analytics, cloud sync, and all premium features.
To sync your reading data and access Pro features, you must create an account using email or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@swiftread.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
SpeedRead Pro is available in three plans, all billed in USD via Stripe:

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with SpeedRead Pro, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase — no questions asked.
After 7 days: Monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel to prevent future charges.
Lifetime purchases: Refundable within 30 days of purchase, provided fewer than 10 reading sessions have been used. After 30 days or 10+ sessions, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
SpeedRead, including its code, design, branding, and content, is owned by Abundance LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
Your content: Documents you upload or paste into SpeedRead remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not read, analyze, or share your documents except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., word parsing for RSVP display).
SpeedRead is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Abundance LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We take reasonable measures to back up user data but are not responsible for data loss beyond commercially reasonable backup practices.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oregon.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of SpeedRead after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
